Terms and Conditions of Service for Crissy Skin Therapy

 

To ensure we can provide the highest quality of service and accommodate all clients, we kindly request your adherence to the following policy.

4.1 Notice Period

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us sufficient time to offer the slot to clients on our waiting list.

4.2 Deposit Requirement

For all services bookings, a non-refundable booking deposit  may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be credited towards the cost of your treatment.

4.3 Failure to Provide Notice (Late Cancellation)

If you cancel or reschedule with less than  24hours notice, the deposit will be retained.

If no deposit was taken, or for repeat late cancellations, a late cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the full treatment price will be charged.

4.4 No Show Policy

• If you fail to attend your appointment without any prior notification ("No Show"), you will be charged 100% of the full treatment price for the missed service.

• Future appointments may require pre-payment in full.

 

4.5. Late Arrival

• We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

• If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to ensure we do not disrupt the next client’s schedule. You will still be charged the full price for the service originally booked.

• If you are more than  15 minutes late, we may classify the appointment as a "No Show" and the corresponding fee will apply.

 

4.6. Booking Packages and Vouchers

If a pre-paid course or gift voucher is used for the booking, a late cancellation or no show will result in the deduction or forfeiture of one treatment session from your package or voucher's value.
